Scope of Work:
Restoration and refinishing of carved quarter-sawn white oak wainscot 9'6"H in various rooms aggregating 300'L. Extensive Dutchman inlays into damaged doors, frames, and other millwork. Repair and restoration of all original brass hardware and half-lapped locksets. Repair and restoration of ornate molded plaster frieze with new cast plaster elements, repainting of all faux oak finishes, paint consolidation and conservation of painted faux wood composition bas reliefs.

  These doors and paneling suffered one century of heavy daily use and lack of maintenance.
