| Scope of Work: Restoration of all water-damaged plaster in Gothic-style Margaret Williams Theater, including patching of damaged flat plaster and replacement and casting of plaster rosettes and massive faux truss and beam moldings, faux-stone decorative stenciled painting of ornate plaster proscenium and decorative painting of faux trusses and beams, flat painting and restoration of oak wainscot decorative iron and brass. Fabrication of six Gothic style arched mullion and leaded glass exterior solid white oak doors 3" thick, two diamond-inside-square mullion 2 over 5 Gothic exterior white oak 3" thick doors. |
