Grand Central Station Ornamental Metal, Hutchinson Indicator and Oak Rail Restoration

Scheduled Completion Date: 5/1/99
Location: Lexington Ave. & 42 St., NYC

 

Scope of Work/Nature of Work:
Fabricated, finished and installed 600' radiused oak stair railings to match existing railings. Repaired and refinished original oak and brass railings.
Restored cast iron, steel and brass train gates, track indicators, and 12'H destination sign cabinets. Fabricated, finished and installed new iron & bronze gate leaves and other elements.

Building National Register of Historic Places listed.
