Scope of Work:
Restore 69 leaded glass casement sash; replace damaged sash or elements, replace all leaded came glass panels. Remove old paint and repaint, clear mahogany - stained interior finish. Restore all frames, including arched transoms. Restore all bronze hardware, some custom fabrication to match original.

Building listed in National Register of Historic Places, our work was reviewed & approved by the N.Y.C. Landmarks Preservation Commission.

LEADED GLASS CASEMENT WINDOW RESTORATION AFTER
  The pine frames had been heavily painted over the years, stripping the paint with chemical remover allowed repairs to be made, including Dutchman inlays, into rotted sections. A clear stain and varnish was applied to the interior, following restoration.
